TRAIN TRAVEL, INC's BRANDED RAIL ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTS

Train Travel, Inc. and its predecessor Trains Unlimited LLC, has been in the retail train business since 1984 when the first modern day dinner train in North America made its debut departure from Osage Iowa with 121 passengers onboard a classic passenger train named "The Star Clipper". Guests that evening enjoyed a new dining and entertainment concept offering an on-board, chef-prepared meal and live tableside entertainment while onboard a classic moving passenger train. Over the years the Company has developed many unique excursion train experiences with its Star Clipper Dinner Train®, Themed Children's & Family Trains, Pullman Palace Bed & Breakfast and Steel Wheels Entertainment Trains. The Company has owned and/or operated retail rail-oriented attractions for over 30 years providing over 3,000,000 of its guests with train-themed entertainment and excursion trains and memorable dinner train experiences to people of all ages.

Today Train Travel, Inc. is gearing up to launch three new passenger excursion operations in the U.S. in the next twelve months. Additionally the Company offers specialized travel services for unique domestic and international rail excursions and vacation experiences to individual travelers and tour groups. Train Travel, Inc. arranges rail tour group excursions to those customers desiring private long distance rail charters aboard Amtrak (U.S.), VIA Rail (Canada), Ferromex (Mexico) and European rail travel. The Company will soon be launching our new international rail travel site www.RailPerks.com.

The Company is seeking additional locations to re-launch its time tested and proven train experience products. The Company's current strategy is to operate its high end Premium Dinner & Entertainment Trains, Children's and Family Trains & Trolleys, Pullman Palace Bed & Breakfast Trains and Steel Wheels Entertainment Trains in dynamic markets where the Company can utilize its centralized reservation staff and professional rail tour marketing resources.

Train Travel Inc.'s trains have been featured over the years in movies, documentaries, commercials and mini-series, one of the famous of which was the featured movie "Judicial Consent" and the HBO Mini-Series "Hung". Our trains have been used as backdrops in books. The Company actively markets its trains for use in the movie and commercial business and license and brand some of its signature foods developed by its chefs during its thirty plus years of operating dinner trains. Later in 2017 the Company plans to launch a serious competing product to the "Thomas The Tank" series toys, movies, books and other merchandise based on a character more attuned with the American culture.

The Company is finding tremendous public support for the location of its operations as they provide much needed jobs, tourism and increases in the local tax base.
